Not able to focus
I'm not able to focus on anything. I sit to study or do any work for that matter and something else springs up in my mind. I'm having this issue of not able to focus for a few years now and I realized only recently. What should I do?

Hi. It is not easy to keep our restless thoughts at bay and focus on something. It must be frustrating for you to keep trying and still not able to. There are a lot of ways in which one can improve their focus and concentration. I would suggest you to read up on Mindfulness articles as it will help you to stay in the present and not focus on either in the past or future. I would recommend you to see a counselor to help you clear the clutter of random thoughts (negative ones, especially) that might disrupt your focus.
