Not able to focus
I am not able to focus on anything. I start things and then leave them. I am having trouble with remembering the task I have just done.many times it happen I recollect something that I have just done and find I have already done it. Like locking a the door even door even though I locked it everytime but I keep rechecking. It's not like I have any memory issue I remember thing thing well for a long time. I loose intrest in everything after just starting it for a day or two. Can't sit on a task for 30 mins. It's not that I don't want to but it's like I become so tired of it(even though I have all the enthusiasm of world before doing it).

I could deduce 2 set of symptoms from your description. The repeated doubts about task completion (locking door) is suggestive of obsessions and is seen in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and some other Psychiatric Disorders. The other is poor attention span, which can be because of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or other Psychiatric Disorders. You require detailed evaluation by a Psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
