Not able to drink water/fluids
Hello doctor. I am 12 weeks pregnant. I am having problem in drinking water. I have to urinate multiple times after just drinking one cup. At night also I am not able to sleep due to frequent urination. I am so tired because of lack of sleep. what should be do? My doctor said don't stress it. Just sip some water after every 30 mins. But is it sufficient?

First of all don't stress yourself. It's pregnancy so body is going through many changes.working extra hard same with your kidneys. So take it positively that your baby is growing. Frequent urination is common symptom and will b there through out pregnancy.
Next Steps
just relax...have sips of water...still try to maintain adequate hydration. Try to avoid fluid 1 to 2 hours before bedtime to have sound sleep.
