How much coconut water is safe in third trimester of pregnancy? Can drinking a coconut daily from 30 weeks pregnancy reduce amniotic fluid as it s diuretic!

Hey, It is safe and very useful too.  But have in moderate amount. Not more than 2 cups per day.
