Though your question is not very clear you seem to be suffering from recurrent crusting in the nose which is usually due to atrophic rhinitis or chronic rhinosinusitis. You may need to undergo CT scan of paranasal sinuses and diagnostic nasal endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment depends on confirmation of diagnosis
