Nose pierce bump

Hello doctor I pierced my nose a year back. One day by mistake it got caught n my ring and it started to bleed. Many times my son hit on the pierced area. There is a bump always. Now it's become worse. It looks like a white bump. A bit painful. I am not able to remove it because the screw is too tight. Please advise. I want to get rid of this bump.
