Nose hit by wall getting more pain

Asked for Male, 28 Years

It getting more pain which part hit by wall. Swelling that are. Nasal drain is blocked. Pls suggest. Any home treatment for this

You may have suffered from blunt injury nose. There may be associated nasal bone fracture with resulting fracture and deviation of nasal septum. You may need to get x ray of nasal bone done. For time being you can apply ice packs and use Otrivin nose drops
