White circular spots in throat wall
I have these white spots on my throat wall for about 8 months, is this cancer? please help me out, really really scared. Your reply will really calm me down, thanking you in advance for your time. Also attached a picture for your reference, also can you please let me know the next course of action.

It's not cancer. Don't be panic.
It is chronic pharyngitis mostly related to reflux.
Take antacid and follow life style modification.
