Nose blocked for long time
Nose blocked for long time, when one open another got blocked side by side. Breathing problem so, don't indeed get proper sleep. Plz advice

Might have deviated nasal septum or allergic rhinitis. Take steam and tab alaspan 10 mg hs for 5 days. Consult ent if no improvement
