Nose blocked and cold
My mother has allergy to cold wind but since few days her nose gets blocked and cold starts when she lies down even when it is not windy .
She is alright when she is not in the sleeping position but nose blocks when she sleeps irrespective of time . She recovered from covid 2 months ago ( home isolated) . What can be the reason and what measures to be taken.

For nose blocks take nasal drop otrivin 2 drops to both nose 2 times a day
Tab montek lc one tablet once a day empty stomach for 5 days.
