Nose block
Respected doctor  I am a 19 year old boy facing stuffed nose problems.sometimes my  left side nostril gets blocked and sometime right nostril.when I blow my nose I get pressure in ears what should I do as it has been more than 2 weeks a,,when I come in contact with any dust i start to sneeze...are there any remedy in ayurvedam for this problem pls suggest a remedy for this Kindly pls reply

Your immune system is weak which is creating the problem. Avoid all cold food items, snacks,curd in diet. include Amla in diet daily. Do steam inhalation with Tulsi leaves twice daily.Need to know more details regarding your appetite, bowel habits to give a prescription.
Next Steps
Avoid head bath after 5pm and before 7am.

This could be allergic rhinitis . You need to get yourself thoroughly checked to rule out the problem. Ayurveda has very good results in such problems. You can avoid contact with dust and adversity of temperature to avoid these situations. You can use Shadbindu tail 1 drop in each nostril twice a day and take steam twice a day regularly. Consult any ayurvedic dr for proper treatment proper history needed to rule out the cause. Nasyam will be very helpful. Along this medicines like sitopladi,  laxmivilas ras, haridra khand , giloy etc

Hello dear! don't worry, Your problems r due to excessive Kaffa/Sinusitis,Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Tinospora cordifolia Mulethi Glycyrrhiza glabera anjeer Draksha Tulsi black pepper at morning, Drop Anu tail in the morning, Sitopaladi Churna 1 tsf bid with honey,Cap Kalmegh Zandu 1 bid
