  4. Nose block. Problem?. what i must do?

Nose block
My son 2 months old have nose block since 15 days ,he doesnt have running nose ,but he couldnt breath properly ,an struggles to sleep and there is a kind of sound when he breaths .please suggest what is the problem? ... what i must do ?

Give him Nasoclear saline drops 2drops each nostril every 4hrly and for the breathing  sound consult a paediatrician
