Nose block
I am 12 weeks pregnant. Both my nostrils are blocked. I work in night shifts. I have difficulty sleeping because of the nostrils block. I am currently using otrivin for the past 3 weeks. But it's not working like it used to at the beginning. What are the quick relief alternative?

DO NOT use Otrivin in early pregnancy.
It can cause growth retardation in a growing foetus
