Nose bleeding is common in this age group because of frequent colds, finger nail trauma or because of  dry nasal mucosa. Make sure the nasal passage is well moisturised by using saline nasal drops multiple times a day. Keep an ice pack handy. If symptoms do not subside, please meet an ENT specialist

It seems like a small trauma to the nose like finger picking may have resulted in the bleeding , Use an ice pack and pinch the nose tip tightly If it doesn’t stop please show a doctor
