Stomach pains and nose bleed

My son 6 yrs had stomach pain and when he pressure his stomach , he got nose bleeding from left side.
But the stomach pain was repeated thrice in span of 20days and was reported there for half a day each time .
Kindly suggest what precautions to be taken .
He is in
under treatment for adenoids from last 5months.
