Nose Always filled with Mucus

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello, I have been suffering from cold from last 7-8 months. Some of my symptoms are: 1) Nose always blocked 2) Sneezing in the morning 3-4 times 3) Rediness in eyes 4) Trouble in breathing sometimes I don't know is because of pollution or what. Please help.
