Dr has said my wife has mild pcod  and irregular peiods and suggested normoz to take.After taking it since then till now , one month she got bormal periods and next one after 50 days. we wish to conceive .please help

Continue for 3 months, take healthy balanced diet green vegetables do regular excercises

She need to take for atleast 3-6cycles...and do regular exercise or walking...

If u planning for pregnancy and ur age is 32 years and pcos.. U might require treatment for fertility Kindly consult local gynecologist or online for further history and advice for fertility
