It's not a big issue, Bilirubin levels might change with the food you take or the medications you take or some other reason..As I can see your bilirubin values are not that much elevated,unless until you have symptoms no need to worry.. Thankyou

According to your blood report it indicate it is very mild increase in bilirubin level.
Don't worry about the RBC and MCHC and it can be normalise with increase intake of the water.
