I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and I a denied. I still deny it.
I don't know if I have that or not. This is sort of a second counsel. Coming to the problem, I have problems with someone else keeping an eye on my idiosyncrasies. Everytime I touch my nose or run my hand through my hair or twitch my leg, I get this feeling that I am being watched by someone sitting next to me. Because Everytime I do that, I see a sort of reaction in the person sitting next to me. Like a peculiar sound they make or they cough or they start talking loudly about something.
Another thing that I have noticed recently is that whenever someone passes near me (in office setting), the whole team of guys around me start coughing, one or two at a time. In a way to distract me from what I am doing, so that I cough to reduce their noise and they get to know that I can get that angry. *This just occurred while I was writing about this*
But it is a problem nonetheless and I need to get out of it.

You are having delusion of persecution ( fixed firm belief that you are being watched), delusion of reference( people are coughing to make you angry, they may be coughing just like that but you are giving a personal meaning to it); there are other symptoms of schizophrenia which can be clarified in a clinical interview. An antipsychotic medication would help you .
