Noise in Ears from last six months

I have gone through noise listening check up which was Fine. But this noise irritates i dont know. Sometime feel high sometime less. Please advise.

Noise in the ear also know as Tinnitus, is a very common and a disturbing problem. However, it is very difficult to determine the exact cause of this trouble. It may be due to some diseases in the ear, due to frequent exposure to loud sounds, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. A thorough clinical examination augmented with audiological evaluation i.e. PTA and Tinnitus matching should be done

Avoid exposure to loud sounds, use tinnitus masker i.e. a radio in very low volume when in quiet surroundings
