Nodules in lungs

There are nodules found in my lungs which is very cearly visible in any x ray report. Please help me to remove this healed nodules formed in my lungs. I can share my reports if required

Obviously reports are required. Without x ray, how can we get to know what type of nodules these are. Do u have fever, cough or any other symptoms? Do u smoke or drink? Any family history?
