Hi. I am 36 year old business man based out of delhi NCR. I have been smoking 5-6 cigarettes on an average since more than 15 years. I know the harmful effects but still I carried on. Now I I a father of 2 beautiful kids and want to get rid of it. I want help in:-
1) How to quit smoking naturally?
2) Any Ayurveda course to completely cleanse my lungs and remove any tar from the surface of my lungs?
Also what will be the cost associated to it.
As of today, I am completely healthy, no problems but don't want any problem in the future so looking for remedies at this point.

If you really want to stop this bad habit then it can be easily stopped . take few centre fresh and keep them in your pocket or where you keep your sigrate or match box . or jab bhi apka man kre cigrate peene ka then wo center fresh nikalo or chew kro or us jaga se nikal jao.Do this process for one week after one week notice kro k apne one week main kitne sigrate pee or nai pee.sigrate chorna ap pe depend ha or basically apne ap ko samjhana ha .its a simple idea.if you do not get result then consult here .
