Nocturnal enuresis
Bed wetting at night. Seems like over production of urine. Plus deep sleep. Has been an issue since childhood. Have taken multiple measures like nocturnal alarm, helping to reduce liquid intake after 7 pm, waking up proactively to pee, homeopathic, honey and dates etc. Nothing helps. No one in immediate family history had the issue.

Nocturnal enuresis is a fairly common problem in children. Especially who have a deep sleep. What steps you have taken helps. But if it is not enough then we have oral medicine and Nasal sprays. We also have special alarm beds which help a lot of children.
Next Steps
Visit a Pediatric urologist. he may start you on Nasal sprays or oral tablets of Anti diuretic hormones or oral tablets of Anti cholinergics.
Health Tips
Treatment takes a while to show improvement and needs to be sustained for a few months before it shows lasting effects. Also I would recommend an ultrasound KUB to rule out any underlying pathology.
