No trigger shot
My LMP was 7th Jan. My cycle is 30-31 days. I was on letrozole 2.5mg, 3 tablets daily for 5 days. Somehow I missed my trigger shots. But, we had intercourse in the mentioned window & I've got a positive pregnancy test on home kit this morning. Is it possible? What should I do next?

It is very much possible. Your next question, "What should I do next?" Well, the answer is, "Be happy. Tell your Gynaecologist. Let him confirm pregnancy and advise you for further follow up".
