I've been masterbating daily 4-5 times from the last 1-2 years, and today I was laying down on the bed straight and masterbate but nothing came out. I felt the ejaculation but nothing came out. I felt the urge to pee and was also feeling like semen stuck in the middle of my penis. Also when I ejaculate while standing up, 2 drops of semen comes out. Please tell me, what is this condition and if it is treatable or not?
