No rapo with colleagues
1.When being criticized, can't come out of it. 2. I can't make any friends in new job. No rapo. But in earlier job I had more friends. Was happy before. 3. Every one tells me to get out or get transfer else where. I feel much burden. My senior does not help me. He enjoys my pain.

Sir, I think its just the beginners anxiety about your new job. Since you are telling me that you were happy in your previous job, comparison between this two job itself will make you anxious, so I advise you to stop doing that. Try to find a common ground between your colleague, which can help as a stepping stone to build a good working environment.And as far as your Boss, more than 50% of the head of the department will never appreciate their subordinates, so instead of trying to impress him, concentrate on your work, which itself help you getting recognisation.Try to be as positive as possible, because once you start thinking negatively, your actions will also be in negative way, so avoid doing that. Everyday before coming to the work, imagine yourself in your workplace with a good working atmosphere and with a well supporting colleague's.this will help you developing confidence and hope of having better future in your workplace.
