1.When being criticized, can't come out of it.
2. I can't make any friends in new job. No rapo. But in earlier job I had more friends. Was happy before.
3. Every one tells me to get out or get transfer else where. I feel much burden. My senior does not help me. He enjoys my pain.

Since you are telling me that you were happy in your previous job, comparison between this two job itself will make you anxious, so I advise you to stop doing that.
