I had abortion 3 months back .After that i had periods for 2 months. 3rd month i didn't had period .when i went for ultrasound it said thickened endometrium (12mm) with a cyst(22*18mm) in right ovary.doctor has given me primolut n tablet.will it help me to bring my periods?
