What happen in my digestive system,
Daily my diet is breakfast replace to ,Herbal life milk shake ,lunch was rice , dall, vegetable curry and curd, dinner allso replace to herbal life milk shake this is my daily diet last 20 days
Actually I am taking medicine's daily
1) cereglu Q10 1-0-1
2)amicon-10 1-0-1
3)gabapentin 100mg 1-0-1
For my cervical spondylitis treatment purpose
And another medicine use for my prostatic
1)solifenacin succinate 5mg 1-0-0
Please tell me best solution

Solefenacin is causing constipation. Take lactifibre 2 tsf hs for 1 month you will improve.
