No masturbation
Is there any risk of no masturbation? I am on no masturbation and this is my 35th day... I can do everything very normally... No concentration problem but if I get with masturbation or sex for a longer period of time yes I accept I get erection most of the time. I want to stay without masturbation until marriage. I spent years masturbating. So I realised. Now my inspiration is lata mangeshkar. She was unmarried for whole life then I can stay without masturbation. Give some tips. My first goal is going up to 3months
