No growth in DF
Took letrozol for 5 days from Day 3 of period , taken follocular study on day 11 the size of egg is 12*10mm it is the same on day 13 th , and also same size on day 15th too. I am worried why there is no growth in df , evn after using letrozol. May i know the reason why the growth is struck? Is it possible to conveive with 12mm.

The desired size of egg is 18 x 20 mm
Dose of letrozole can be adjusted next cycle or ovalution induction with injections can be tried
