My wife get pragnent for 2 month. 1st sonography report shows empty gestational sac And 2nd  sonography report shows missed abortion.. please explain what we do.. surgery abortion or medicine abortion. Total pragnecy period 8 to 9 weeks.

You can go for medical abortion under the advice and supervision of a Gynecologist in your area. You must get a sonography done after  a week.  If it shows RPOC  then get a D&C done.

U can go for medical abortion. If it's your first pregnancy then better to go for medical. Surgical/ instrumentation has its own risk. Medical abortion should be under supervision and it has 95% success rates
