No eye contact
My daughter is 3 months old and still doesn't make eye contact or looks at toys/rattles. Is it normal?

Is your baby a full term delivery or preterm? Fixation in a full term baby should develop by now. Please visit the nearest eye specialist.

fixation reflex develops at the age of 12 to 16 wks. either wait for few days  or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Hello Fixation reflex starts developing at this age I would recommend you to consult local paediatric ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
