No cardiac Activity

Asked for Female, 35 Years

In TVS - CRL measures 1.22 cms corresponding to 7 weeks 3 days. But no cardiac activity. Doctor suggest D&C. Is it possible for cardiac activity in next 1 week. Can I wait.
