I m lady aged 60years..mu height is 5feet 5 inchesmy hba1c yesterday value is 5.5 I m unable to reduce further My doubt is post meals only if spike occurs will it affect my hba1c Because Breakfast I take only oats porridge For lunch salad sabji dal one Chappati or besan chilla Dinner only sabji salad Walk daily with yoga Still cannot reduce weight and hba1c please advice

HBA1C is fine . Weight reduction means only the flabbiness to be reduced. Don’t consider reducing body mass . Check your BMI and also do not go overboard on weight reduction. Be healthy . Eat well and exercise daily for 45 mts. Any gross increase or decrease of more than 10% is matter of concern. You see that the weight is constant then maintain it

In your HBA1C is good only , do not worry take less carbohydrate food , walking 30 to 45 minutes regularly daily and good sleep will do you better . Be cheerful and do exercise regularly.
Next Steps
Nothing to worry about the HBA1C level , blood sugar Fasting less than 110 mg , Pp 140 mg to 150 mg ideal . Have a good sleep and take less carbohydrate food
