I m unable to reduce further
My doubt is post meals only if spike occurs will it affect my hba1c
Because
Breakfast I take only oats porridge
For lunch salad sabji dal one Chappati or besan chilla
Dinner only sabji salad
Walk daily with yoga
Still cannot reduce weight and hba1c please advice
