Hi Doctor
I'm having some discomfort in my right breast and also some nipple discharge
Should I be concerned of breast cancer?

Would depend on colour of discharge, type of discharge.
If you are very suspicious can get an ultrasound breast done to rule out any problem.
Also would like to know if you gave any child birth in recent time

It will depend upon the nature, colour, character and discharge volume. It should not be ignored, but it doesn't have to be cancer.
