You should get an clinical examination done first. How did you know whether t the best are dense or not. Let the clinician decide, whether to advise ultrasound or MRI. Please review with investigations.

Get a ultrasound breast first, let them see, many times issues related to nipple discharge can be identified by ultrasound, if suspicious but not confirmatory then get the MRIi breast done
