Nipple discharge
Do milkish bilatral , non spontaneous multiductal nipple discharge after usg is normal is also a sign of breast cancer?? do only usg is ok?? or will have to go for mammogrm and mri for evaluation?

Meet the doctor. Bilateral milky discharge spontaneously needs evaluation with serum hormonal levels like serum Prolactin , not had delivery recently and not breast feeding
