Hello, i had milkish bilateral , multi ductal and non spontaneous nipple discharge. i had done usg breast which comes normal. do is it sufficient. i fear about cancer as discharge is one of the symptoms . bt dr said mammogram is done at age above 40 year . my age is 30 year. so can i go for further imaging or only usg is sufficient .

In cancer the discharge is usually blood stained. USG is not showing anything significant. It may resolve on its own. If it happens again, you may get your prolactin levels checked

USG is sufficient. If you are still concerned then can get MRI breast
