Nightfall and masturbation
I think nightfall is better than masturbation if it is not frequent if once or twice a week because sometimes in wet dream it is only the watery prostatic juice with a little semen that is discharged during nocturnal pollutions. Is it right? Thanx

Nightfall is natural process, it happens when your semen quantity increases then it release but masturbation is unnatural. Masturbation in limited ways is not harmful even healthy but if you do excessive masturbation then it will harm to your sexual and physical health.
