After circumcision and removal of genital warts, it is not unusual for masturbation or ejaculation to be difficult for several weeks. At 5 weeks, the tissues may still be healing, and tenderness, swelling, or fear of pain can delay ejaculation.
My advice:
Avoid forcing masturbation if it is painful.
Allow complete wound healing (often 4–8 weeks, depending on the surgery).
If you are getting normal erections but are unable to ejaculate, it should be evaluated by your operating surgeon or a sexologist.
Seek urgent review if you have persistent pain, discharge, bleeding, fever, or the wound has not healed.

After circumcision and removal of genital warts, it is quite normal to avoid masturbation during the healing period. Circumcision itself does not usually affect ejaculation or fertility, but the scar can remain sensitive or tight for some time, and sexual activity should be resumed only once the wound is completely healed. Adult circumcision generally takes around 4â6 weeks to heal, although complete scar maturation can take longer.
