Shilajit is a RASAYAN( causes rejuvination of body) in Ayurveda! It should be taken in rasayan kaal early in the morning by 6am!! Also your vata pitta must be balanced through AYURVEDA medication!! Because RATRI JAGARAN(waking all night) aggravates vata pitta in body! Only then shilajit will work for you!
Next Steps
consult with me through  practo....a proper diet plan and routine with balancing VATA pitta medicines need to be taken by you!
Health Tips
take small naps....use OIL MASSAGE with sesame oil all over the body!! this will help in rejuvination as well as maintaining doshas!
