Hello I get nightmares almost every single night and wake up for it. There has been repeated dreams that keep occurring in my sleep.. Is that normal??

Hello, There is no significance to the dreams or its content. The fact that you are having lot of dreams might mean that your sleep is insufficient. Try to get some good exercise.Avoid coffee and tea near sleep hours and avoid screen time near bed time. With this your sleep will improve with the dreams.
