Nightmares during pregnancy
Im 11 weeks pregnant in my first trimestee. I get nightmares and bad dreams at night and also if i sleep during the day. Will these dreams affect fetus mental health

No, it will not affect your health of the fetus. It’s not an active thought. It’s just you know nightmare although why the nightmares are happening are you taking stress during the daytime? Are you stressed about something in particular your family so we need to discuss that to eliminate these nightmares altogether. All the best.
