Frequent nightmare problems..few times a week..i am under antidepressants also...what can be cause of nightmares and how to avoid it?Does it leads to other complications

Hello, Night terror is characterized by a sudden arousal with intense fearfulness. They usually begin with a piercing scream or cry and are accompanied by behavioral manifestations of intense anxiety. Whereas in night mare person having them aroused to wakefulness, and they typically remembers the dream which is not remembered in sleep terrors. They are usually recurrent and same. It can cause anxiety.
