Hi there,  I understand you are in your 12th standard and must be feeling a lot of stress to perform well academically, especially before exams. The important thing now would be to keep a cool mind and plan things out beforehand. You can perhaps start studying in advance and leave only revision for the day before the exam. It is imperative that you try and get a good night's sleep to be fresh for the exam. You can try going to bed by 10.30pm or 11pm the previous night and if sleep still eludes you, you can try to do some deep breathing for relaxing your mind and body, thus helping you sleep faster. I hope this helps you. All the best.
Next Steps
Plan out a detailed schedule in advance.
Health Tips
Try to keep a calm mind and not lay too much emphasis on your long term future, instead focusing on immediate or short term future

It is very normal for any individual to be anxious prior to exam. But the issue here is you have mentioned that you go to bed at 2 am. Which means you hardly give break for your brain to take rest and perform well for exams. Going late to bed for exams is not a good idea. You will feel tired and lethargic the next day and will not be able to study properly.
Next Steps
Try to sleep for 6 hours minimum prior to exam. Schedule your studies in such a way.  Try to remember the tables and tough formula in the morning of exam after 6hrs sleep which will be better. You can read fast when you are fresh.
Health Tips
Don't skip breakfast for exams. Maintain a healthy and balanced diet and sleep. Do a small meditation technique to count your breaths for two minutes in the morning and night to calm you down. All the very best for your exams.
