Niece having fever after vaccination
My niece have have got her vaccination yesterday and since then she is having fever and crying. What can we do?

Give paracetamol dropa if she s 4kg then give 0.6ml of calpol; 5kg give 0.8ml of calpol; 3kg give 0.5ml of calpol. U can repeat dose of calpol every 4 hourly
