I have nicotine addiction from past 11-12 yrs but I m not able to get rid of it despite trying so hard for it.

Self control is main for avoid tobacco.i know patient take nicotine gum and tobacco,some are there stop with in one day without taking any ...so your health in your hand keep try to stop.you only can,drugs can't
