Addiction in pornography and masturbatio
I think I am addicted in pornography and masturbation. This addiction is taking away my life from me by creating lots of problem both physically and mentally. Please tell me some practical solutions for giving up porn and masturbation addiction permanently. What should I do to stop the sexual urges when the urges of watching pornography come in my mind?
