I have got some addiction to cheese . I am obese and feel depressed and only thing that sooths me Is eating food and often times I bring home cheese and eat it directly at night. How to stop? And how to control myself.

Start with small change in your life along with eating start walking 6k steps per day and then start increasing it also do mild exercises at home or may be join gym or swimming
Cheese may not be the problem ur obesity ,other factors needs to be analysed..cut down carbohydrates,sugary drinks ..eat more protien and fibre ..
Check ur thyroid profile ,HBA1C,CBC,lipid profile ,vit D3,B12 level .
start gradual moderate Exercises ,reduce stress
