Diet and workout
Breakfast (fruits or a egg)
Lunch (a roti with 50% physillum husk + Flax seed and veg or nonveg indian dish made with olive oil)
Workout (20 min cardio ->strength exercise->weight training)
Dinner (2 fish fillets fried or steamed with capsicums, ginger garlic and onions)
Snacks (1 walnut and 30 peanuts and someday a glass pineapple juice / day)
Note: i have stopped taking taking
sugar and based products since last 2 months and 20 days ago I was on keto diet and lost 10 kg. after that with above diet and exercise i am successful in mainting my weight to 79 kg. plannning to reduce it further to 70 kg. but before starting diet i thought it would be better to get my blood tested.
